Rules and Regulations

  1. Students shall strictly comply with the rules and regulations of the college issued from time to time relating to their studies, examination, conduct and discipline.
  2. No refund of fees will be made on withdrawl of admission under any circumstances.
  3. Intake of any sort of intoxicating substance is strictly prohibited. Chewing of paan / gutka / chewingum etc is also prohibited.
  4. Use of mobile phone is strictly prohibited in the campus.
  5. All trainees are supposed to attend the classes in proper uniform suited for a gentleman/woman. Dress code decided by the management of the college is compulsory for every student.
  6. Wearing the college identity card is compulsory in the college campus.
  7. Minimum attendance for students shall be 80% of all course work including practicum and 90% for school internship. The college expects the students to attend all the classes regularly.
  8. The student’s name is liable to be dropped from the rolls if, he/she is absent continuously for more than 10 days without prior leave note. Re-admission fee will be charged if at all re-admission is granted.
  9. Original college leaving certificate once deposited at the time of admission will not be returned to the trainee. Therefore the students are advised to keep sufficient number of xerox copies of their original CLC or any other document for their use during the stipulated academic year.
  10. Provisional certificate may be issued on payment of `500.
  11. After passing the university examination, College Leaving Certificate will be issued on payment of ` 500. In case of loss or damage, duplicate CLC may be issued on request with an affidavit by notary public on payment of ` 500.
  12. The institution reserves the right to cancel the admission of any student and ask him/her to discontinue his/her studies at any stage of his/her career on grounds of unsatisfactory academic performance, irregular attendance or indiscipline.
  13. All the trainees have to attend college function and activities such as cultural function, seminars, symposia, debates, quizzes, essay competition, sports, picnic community services, exposure programmes etc.
  14. Prior permission is required from the principal for any absence either from theory or practical classes and community life activities. Application should be made for leave in writing.
  15. The college has a well-maintained library of books and periodicals. Every student is expected to make the best use of it making sure, however, to observe the library rules fully.
  16. The trainees are expected to take proper care of the college property and help in maintaining the premises neat and tidy.
